A session on the online platform lasting 60 minutes. You tell me about yourself, what brings you to therapy and what your life looks like right now - what you want to share, at your own pace. I ask questions to better understand your story, your experience and what is important to you. This helps me to come up with an approach that will work best for you. There are no tests you "pass" or "fail" - the goal is to understand your world from your perspective.
